Jim, I hate the west coast games. On game one, I was up until after 1:30 AM just to watch the Braves blow a 2 run lead in the ninth and lose to a walk-off HR. Fortunately, fate reversed course for the other games. You guys need to change to Eastern time.

The Wood-man has a point (so long as you substitute ‘Democrats’ for ‘the left’). The ‘progressive’ anti-war candidate has spread the conflict to Pakistan and Afghanistan with barely a peep out of the rest of the Dems; BO’s rhetoric regarding Iran is softer than, but substantively indistguinshable from Bush’s; he has caved already to BigPharma re: govt use of their bargaining power to lower prices for consumers; and the ‘public option’ in BO’s health care plan needs to placed on the endangered species list.
And the media continue to portray BO as left/liberal, further narrowing the range of acceptable political thought. Is there anyone from the left who thinks president BO isn’t a big disaster?
Does it bother you rooting for the Braves when it is owned by commie/red/pinko/pinko billionaire/commie-red-pinko—billionaire-capitalist/slash/communist/slash capitalist Ted Turner? Shouldn’t you be placed on the “Terrorist Watch List” for supporting this subversive organization?

Well, the new site name and graphics look nice. Right now, they’re not showing on the main page but are showing with the comments.
