Kirchner Does The Right Thing

Argentina's president Kirchner gives the cold shoulder to Mullah-man Ahmadinejad. A moral lesson for those who justify Ortega and Chavez praise of the Iranian fundamentalist.

Fine, he gives Ahmadinejad the cold shoulder. But how about Chavez? And the presidents of Equador and Bolivia? And does he give the Chinese the cold shoulder? They are all over South America making deals and weakening US influence. And what about Spain as the entre for the EU? And, finally, what about the IMF? It was Argintina in saying “Take it or leave it” to a plan that paid back only 20 cents on the dollar that showed, along with Maylasia, that the big bad, IMF could be ignored and the economy of your country wouldn’t evaporate. That is the threa the US and its economic institutions face. Not some clown in Caracas!
