My daughter takes onJohn McCain's daughter.
What more could a father ask for?
I guess it would be enough to just NOT be Bristol Palin's dad. But getting to be Natasha's pop is an extra treat.

There was a link in one of your blogs, Marc, during the election, that lead to one of Natasha’s blogs. In it she had put up a photo from the anti Wall Street Rally the likes of which should have been heir to the Che image. I even called the Wa Po City Desk editor and asked how come they didn’t have the guts to run it on the front page– as the Sydney Morning Herald had.
The photo captured a home made placard with the succinct and perspicuous instruction to ” Jump You Fuckers”.
Good stuff…but Natasha forgot to skewere McCain’s use of “if you will” – which is one of the most annoying and “huh?’ constructions in current use. Also McCain should at least get some props for finishing her piece without resorting to “hunk” or “hung.”
what can one expect with a mother who steals drugs from her own medical aid charity and then goes on the stump with Sarah Palin (a woman she supposedly loathed) bobbing her head like a dash board doll at every cracked pronouncement.
BTW, the people Natasha truly slams—deservedly and well—are the idiot editors at the Daily Beast who should be mentoring this poor girl. However it seems that their celebrity drooling combined with a not very well-concealed passive-aggressive hostility toward dear Megs, have prevented them from doing so.
I don’t think she’s got any politics independent of her father – my prediction is that when he disappears from the scene she’ll gravitate to the Dems. About the only thing that seems authentic about her, aside from her iPod lists, is her disgust with the ultra-crazies of the GOP.
I’m an old fella myself (at least old enough to have seen Janis Joplin in person) and so I don’t pretend to know a lot of the musicians she listed, but I do have enough sense of things to realize that Meghan is ignoring Michael Steele’s revolutionary vision. She is not bringing hip-hop to the GOP.
Just desire to say your article is as surprising. The clarity in your post is just excellent and i can assume you are an expert on this subject. Fine with your permission let me to grab your feed to keep up to date with forthcoming post. Thanks a million and please carry on the rewarding work.

Natasha rocked for that one.

Did you catch this, Marc? The Guardian first paper in world going Twitter? (whatever that means)

For Natasha:
Journalism Commandment Number 5: Thou shalt not shoot fish in a barrel.

I knew Meghan McCain was out of her league with her unimaginative answer to Laura Ingraham
s comments on her size: “Kiss my fat ass!”
She could have been clever and said something like “Laura eats as much as I do. I just don’t throw it all up later.”

Or she could have repeated Chris Rock’s words, something like “Damn, that’s one mean bitch!”

Not only is it smart and funny, (As we expect from the Brilliant Daughter.) it’s actually rather sweet spirited.
I’m with Natasha on all of it. I rather like Meghan, but want to step in with a motherly hand so I can stop cringing.

Go, Natasha.

Meghan McCain has fantastic taste in music, she even listens to Stereolab. Very
impressive and surprising.

Now if she would only embrace paleo/traditional conservativism and endorse Ron Paul….
